Description
The United States Capitol is a monument, a working office building, and oneof the most recognizable symbols of representative democracy in the world.The history of this building began in 1793. Since then, the U.S. Capitol hasbeen built, burnt, rebuilt, extended, and restored. The Capitol is a monumentto the ingenuity, determination, and skill of the American people. This tripincludes a one-hour tour that is fully accessible. Lunch on your own at theonsite Capitol Café. Please arrive at your pick-up location no later than 15 minutes before departure.
