Description
Soups are very satisfying in cold-weather months. They are perfect forpreparing ahead. Warm-up and learn to transform plain soups into flavorfuland decadent main courses with simple legumes, vegetables, herbs, andspices. Prepare tasty and creative soups that can be appreciated and enjoyedby everyone. Our menu: roasted tomatoes zuppa, spicy cauliflower soup, andstufato of beans in red wine.
