About this event
Description
Develop confidence, fitness, and mental focus. Make new friends in a fun and safe environment while learning martial arts with instructors from Tompkins Karate Association. Class offers instruction in Tang Soo Do Korean karate and jujitsu. Promotional exams, camps, and competitions are available as conditions allow. This class is geared toward participants 13 years and older, beginner through advanced levels including martial artists from other disciplines.
