Start your day with an invigorating morning flow designed to awaken your body and mind. This refreshing class combines stretches and dynamic movements to help release tension, improve flexibility, and boost your energy for the day ahead. This flow is suitable for all levels and encourages you to connect with your breath and find your inner strength.
