Description
Adaptive Wellness is a ten-week functional fitness and wellness program for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Participants will receive instruction on wellness practices, adapted strength training and mobility exercises. Accommodations will be provided to meet each person's needs and provide resources for performance tracking, community and social engagement, and educational sessions.
This class will meet twice a week. Pre and post-assessments are included and outcomes will be shared with participants at the end of the program.
