Please obtain a leisure card at the front desk and scan before each class. Get Ready to party on the pedals! Spin and Sculpt is a high-energy cycling class that combines intense cardio intervals with upper body strength training using light weights. Ride to the beat of motivating music, burn calories, and sculpt your arms and shoulders-all in one fun, full body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is designed to keep you moving, sweating and smiling.
