Sunday, April 279am-5pmInstructor- Marjaneh AbbasiExplore watercolor techniques familiar and unfamiliar by incorporating materials such as salt, alcohol, and bleach, colored pencil, marker, pen. After producing many experimental paintings, students will choose some of their works to develop into a final project which may be abstract or inspired by an image. Demonstrations will occur during the workshop supported by individual instruction.Suggested materials
Bring a photo of your choice as reference material
Brushes round 12-16-18 Flat 1.5 -2 inch. Liner number 3
Watercolor paper in multiple sizes. 3-4 pieces 18 x 24 inch 140lb. Fabrino is good quality.
Colored pencil
Speedball pen tips & handels
Canvas panel
stretched canvas size of choice
Cold press or rough-single sheet or sheet pack with size of choice.
Good quality watercolor tube paint
Masking fluid
Mixed media materials provided
