About This Activity
Description
Swimming Lessons School Age Level 3 (6-12yrs)
Level 3: Stroke Development
What You Will Learn:Participants will discover multiple swimming stokes and begin to refine their techniques. This lesson will introduce treading and diving.
Prerequisites:Participants should be able to confidently float on back and front without assistance; they must be able to swim at least 5 body lengths and to self-rescue by floating over longer distances.
*Proper swimwear required. Items should be made of polyester or nylon (no cotton) and include an inner liner.
