Description
This class will be focused on the basics of handstands with a variety of drills to help build strength, mobility, and awareness while inverted. There will be a heavy emphasis on proper technique to improve form and efficiency in handstands. We will be using the wall and spotters in order to practice handstands safely ad confidently. Students can expect to receive individualized feedback, learn a variety of handstand entrances, and improve their handstand hold time. The content will be appropriate for both absolute beginners and those with a current handstand practice. Fee: $70/$84 Non-Resident
