This class will be focused on the basics of handstands with a variety of drills to help build strength, mobility, and awareness while inverted. There will be a heavy emphasis on proper technique to improve form and efficiency in handstands. We will be using the wall and spotters in order to practice handstands safely and confidently. Students can expect to receive individualized feedback, learn a variety of handstand entrances, and improve their handstand hold time. The content will build upon the content of our previous series and is recommended for those with some experience with handstands and the ability to safely exit out of handstands. There is a $40 Fee/$48 Non-Resident Fee. Want to try this out? $15 Drop-in Fee. This course is from Feb 15th to March 15th.
