Description
60 minute, 10 week power yoga flow designed to elevate beginner yogis to the intermediate and advanced levels. In this 10-week program, we will be working up into Crow Pose! Bring water - Yoga mats suggested but not required. There are yoga mats to use here at the Center. There is a $25 Fee/$30 Non-Resident
