Description
This yoga series is designed for students looking to build a strong foundation in their practice, whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills. Each class will focus on developing body awareness, proper alignment, and breath control, while gradually introducing more complex poses and sequences. You'll learn the essential principles of yoga, including foundational poses, flow sequences, and mindful movement, while building strength, flexibility, and balance. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating a mindful practice that connects the body, mind, and breath, helping you to feel more centered and present both on and off the mat.Whether you're new to yoga or have some experience, this course is designed to meet you where you are and support your growth. By the end of the series, you'll feel more confident in your practice, with tools to continue your yoga journey and a deeper understanding of the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
