In this four-week course, parenting coach and educator Dr. Chrissy Chard will guide parents through the latest in child development, emotion regulation and effective communication skills. Parents will uncover a values-aligned approach to parenting that allows you to find more ease, self-trust, and authentic connection with your kiddos. Leave with a set of tools and strategies you can apply in your family life right away.

This class is recommended for parents and caregivers of children ages 2-14.
