Description
Good health starts with good nutrition. In this course, learn the components of a healthy, balanced diet, learn how nutrition affects optimal aging, and the relationship between nutrition, exercise and stress management in maintaining overall health. You will also learn how to make healthy and nutritious decisions geared toward aging.Skills
