Description
Beginning painters practice techniques such as color mixing, washes, glazes, value, and chroma studies. By the end of seven weeks, a still-life assignment combines all techniques and practiced imagery. Advanced painters use personal photos to discuss proportion, color, and texture to paint images of your best pet friend. Combining blue and violet shadows on white paper creates beautiful snowscapes. All projects for beginning and advanced students include images, discussion, demos, and gentle critiques. Materials list sent via email. No class 11/28.
