Beginning painters practice techniques such as color mixing, washes, glazes,value, and chroma studies. By the end of the session, a still-life assignmentcombines all techniques and practiced imagery. Advanced painters usepersonal photos to discuss proportion, color, and texture to paint imagesdealing with emotion, both realistic and symbolic.
