Description
During this class we will use moves inspired by Pilates to strengthen and stretch your core. Our goal is to increase your balance, better posture, and your overall well being.
This mat class is open to all levels and modification will be offered. Bring your yoga mat, and water bottle with you to class.
No class on July 19, August 23, & 30.
