This basic self-defense class teaches techniques to help prepare you in a case of an assault. Instruction will include situational awareness and safety. Participants will be instructed on basic striking and ground defense and the practice of these skills. A signed waiver is required to participate and will be available prior to the start of the class. This class is for both men and women, instruction is provided by Coralville Police Department. Must reserve a spot to participate.
