Take some time for yourself to restart before the work week begins with this gentle flow yoga class. Grace will guide you through an empowering flow, a few balancing postures, and allow plenty of time for meditation to relax your body before the week ahead. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. See you on your mat!
