Grab your favorite pool floatie and yoga mat for Yoga by the Pool! Enjoy an all-levels yoga flow in the warm indoor pool space followed by a relaxing savasana while floating mostly in the pool. You're welcome to wear your swimsuit or comfortable clothing you don't mind getting wet and be sure to bring your mat.
Pool floaties will be available to use, but if you have one please bring it. No class on March 18
