Description

Focus on your body awareness, alignment and flexibility as you build lean muscle. Get fit in this exciting class taught by personal trainer Alex Ness with multi-joint movements, bands and weights.

No class 11/11 (Veterans Day), 11/29 (Day after Thanksgiving), 12/25 (Christmas Day), 01/01 (New Year's Day), 01/20 (MLK Jr. Day), 02/17 (Presidents' Day)

Class moved to Alder room on 01/10, 01/17, and 03/01

This class is in person. Please bring your own water bottle. Masks and distancing required when OHA COVID guidance indicates.
