Description

This class is held VIRTUALLY, registration is required to receive Zoom links for class instruction. Please sign into the chat each time you attend.

Yoga uses a system of stretches to keep the body strong and flexible, improve circulation and help correct balance and posture. Deep breathing exercises increase lung capacity and release tension and fatigue. The 9am group is for those that are comfortable getting up and down from the floor, and have basic yoga familiarity and foundation.

No class 11/11 (Veterans Day), 11/29 (Day after Thanksgiving), 12/25 (Christmas Day), 01/01 (New Year's Day), 01/20 (MLK Jr. Day), 02/17 (Presidents' Day)

You will need the free Zoom app to attend virtually. You will receive an email with your Zoom meeting link the morning of class. Please make sure your current email address is updated in our system when you register.
