Description
Join certified nutritionist Trish Jones for a weekly group discussion to learn about nutritional support for chronic health conditions (ex: high cholesterol, pre-diabetes/type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) and have the opportunities for Q&A on nutritional topics of interest.
