Sicily is the land of beauty and history. Italy's biggest island is located about 2 hours from the northern coast of Africa and consequently enjoys the richness of the bounty of the Mediterranean basin. Great seafood, outstanding sweets but most of all a land influenced by the Arabian culinary spices and ingredients. In this class we will cover Sicily' s main cities from Palermo to Catania as well as the inner lands where almonds rule the cooking spectrum. Easy to master techniques with enchanting results of great tasting foods filled with simplicity and passion. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
