Culpeper County Parks & Recreation's first Summer Sale! Community Vendor & Flea Market. 100 vendors spaces are available at this event.
Our vendor events are consistently getting over 1,300 customer.
Maximum of 5 food trucks will be on-site.
Booth fee for Food Trucks is $100. We will contact you after you register about your set up space needed.
Food Trucks must be self contained (provide your own generator for electric, provide your own water supply, collect & remove your own liquid waste, and collect /remove your own trash/refuse.)
Additional Paperwork Required:
- Copy of your CURRENT Health Department Permit will be required - MUST email this as soon as you register. temporary / day of event permits will not be accepted.
- Copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance with the County of Culpeper listed as an Additional Insured.

Set up is from 6:00am - 8:00am VDH inspection at 8:00amMarket will operate from 9:00am-1:00pmClean up is from 1:00pm-1:45pm
Event is Rain or Shine.
Note:Selling of nicotine / Tobacco products; fire arms; alcohol; or animals is prohibited.
Booth space assignments will be finalized and reported to vendors the week before the Market
REFUND REQUESTS Must be made in writing before July 16th. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
****once you register, your application will be reviewed. You are not fully accepted until all additional paperwork (listed above) has been received.****CCPR reserves the right to refuse any registration/ application of a food truck for any reason. If refused, registration fee will be fully refunded.
