This class is for quilters looking for new projects to make and inspiration from others. Share your techniques, tips and friendships!
This sessions project will be Autumn at the Courthouse by Debbie Pierce. (book title: Quilts of Chestnut Ridge by Debbie Pierce / Schiffer Publishing)
Finished Quilt Size: Wall / Lap Quilt - 59" x 59"(you can make other sizes but will need more / less materials)
Fabric for the wall / lap quilt:
Red fabric: 1/8 yard (new fabric or scraps)Light Background fabric: 1 1/4 yards (new fabric)Dark Scraps: 2 1/2 yard (scraps)Stem Fabric: 1/8 yard (new or scraps)Boarder #1* : 1 1/2 yardBoard #2: 1 1/2 yardBoarder #3*: 1 3/4 yard
*If borders #1 and #3 are cut from the same fabric, you only need the yardage for border #3.
Quilting Supplies:Rotary CutterRulerCutting MatPinsThreadScissorsSewing Machine; bring your manual if you have it.Extension Cords (optional)
