Families, Females and Friends will learn self-defense. How to Block, Hit, Kick, and defend against Attackers and Bullies. Practice various escape techniques from: Arm Grabs, Bear Hugs, Choke Holds, Hair Grabs, Headlocks, etc. * Family and Friends must include one female.* Price per personBring Water. Senior Citizens are welcome to join.
