All IP1 and IP2 Players Welcome! (2018's anbd 2019's) ECV Hockey Skills Session Lead by Erin King, Jonah LeRoux & Supported by ECV Staff March 14th - 9AM-10:15AM Focusing on basic and foundational mechanics of shooting & scoring: set up, release, follow through and increasing accuracy and velocity. Other areas of focus include shot type variations, shooting in stride, shooting off passes and changing the release angle. Come learn some new skills!
