Each week we will taste ingredients, learn some of the science behind cooking (and do some experiments) and cook up a recipe together. We will focus on a seasonal spring vegetable or cooking technique. Techniques covered will include knife skills, kitchen and food safety and cleanliness, measurement, and how to read a recipe. Recipes will be vegetarian, though meat might be an option occasionally. ~If your child has a food allergy, please ensure our Cooking Instructor and Program Coordinator has an updated information about all restrictions and possible medications~
