About this event
Learn the basics of bread baking. A variety of breads will be prepared including baguettes, focaccia and dinner rolls. Quick breads will be introduced. Lunch will be prepared. Note: No open toe shoes will be allowed in the kitchen. All culinary classes are held at the Richland Culinary Arts Institute located in the Shilling Community Education Center, Parking Lot A, Room SC23 unless noted.
