This Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony is a deeply transformative experience designed to align body, mind, and spirit while creating a space for self-reflection, emotional release and connection with others. Held under the energy of the full moon, this sacred gathering invites you to release what no longer serves you and welcome new intentions for growth and healing.The evening begins with a cacao ceremony where you will learn about the physical and emotional benefits of cacao, learn how to prepare it and participate in a cacao ceremony. Cacao is a warm, ceremonial cacao drink made from pure, ethically sourced cacao. Known in Indigenous traditions of Central and South America, for its heart-opening properties, cacao encourages deep emotional release, clarity, and connection to one's inner wisdom. While sipping the cacao, you'll be invited to set your intentions for the ceremony, grounding yourself in the present moment. As the sound bath begins, the room is filled with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. These sounds wash over you, helping to clear energetic blockages and deepen relaxation. The frequencies resonate with your body’s natural rhythm, promoting a state of serenity and peace.
