Description
Participate from home in a gradual to high intensity, low-impact cardio endurance class that incorporates athletic exercises to boost overall fitness.

Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
If you do not attend class for 4 consecutive weeks, you are subject to removal from the class.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend. Refunds not applicable for technical difficulties.
