Description
No class Nov. 4 or Nov. 11Beginner-advanced. Improve cardiovascular health, coordination, balance, and memory as we learn easy dances by combining repetitive movement patterns. A variety of musical genres will be enjoyed! This will be a fun and non-intimidating environment appropriate for all fitness levels.To register, click the Enroll Now button.
