Description
Yoga for Body, Mind and Spirit! This class is for beginners to intermediate students. We will work on breathwork(Pranayama), stretch and strength(through the Asanas/postures) and end with relaxation/Savasana. Instructor will give modifications when needed for poses. All are welcome!
