Curious about the history of the Denver Mountain Parks? Join us for this series of gentle hikes where we will learn about different sections of the DMP system from the Denver Mountain Park Foundation. For this one, we will be in the South Gateway at James Q Newton Park where we have group camping sites, a newly developed climbing area, and rolling hill loop trail that we'll walk together. Transportation provided.CANCELLATIONS: If Outdoor Recreation cancels the trip due to inclement weather, lack of participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the participants will receive a full REFUND.
REFUNDS: 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels the registration 15 days in advance, a full REFUND will be given. LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If a participant cancels registration less than 15 days in advance, NO CREDIT OR REFUND will be given. APPEAL: If a participant experiences a serious illness or loss that prevents their attendance that requires special consideration, an appeal can be submitted to the Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation for review.
