Description
This practice combines a variety of yoga poses in a dynamic and flowing style to create movement alongside the breath. Speed of the flows can vary while poses can be modified for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Esta práctica combina una variedad de posturas de yoga en un estilo dinámico y fluido para crear movimiento junto con la respiración. La velocidad de los flujos puede variar, mientras que las posturas se pueden modificar para todos los niveles, desde principiantes hasta practicantes avanzados.(Español & English) Instructores se hablarán en ambos idiomas.
