Description
This workshop is for those that want to know how to safely navigate your bodies with yoga and be a part of a supporting community. Our certified Yoga instructor and Doula Puja Mehta will be guiding you through a variety of yoga poses, so you can safely and comfortably reap the wellness benefits, no matter what stage in pregnancy. Time within the class will be reserved to share and ask anything to our instructor or other expecting mothers for a personable experience.Age Category
