Description
Discover your new favorite ways to stay active at the Women's Fitness Conference in Edson! Try a variety of fun, local fitness activities and connect with amazing women in our community who share your passion for health and wellness.
The day will begin with registration and keynote speaker Ciera Knight at the Edson Legion, activity #1 possibly at a different location in town, a healthy lunch at the Edson Legion, activities #2 & #3, then return to the Legion for a final speaker address and draw prizes. There will be a special gift for each participant.
