Sound Journey and Meditation Autumn Series. Join us for a first free session on 9/23 and then register for two additional classes. This will start after the Autumn Equinox (Mabon). Each class begins with a meditation and invites you to journey inward with sound and themes of Autumn.
9/23 Free session: Gratitude in Balancing Light & Dark
9/30: Abundance of the Harvest
10/7: Cycles of Nature: honor the Fruits of Our Labor
Scientific research supports that soothing sounds can activate the calming parasympathetic state, decrease the fight or flight state, provide a sense of deep relaxation and stress relief.
