Jump into fitness! Increase cardiorespiratory endurance, balance,coordination, and agility! Class is also great cross training for basketball,soccer, volleyball, and other activities. There is a $10 jump rope fee ($11 ifmaking electronic payment) for first timers at first class. Returning jumpersmay use their beaded jump ropes. No class 11/26.
