Let’s demystify French cooking by experiencing the cuisine of three of themost famous French chefs! Recreate dishes from Julia Child, Jacques Pepinand Georges Auguste Escoffier (the father of French cooking). Learnabout their lives and their techniques that changed the cooking world.Chef Michelle demonstrates how to make Child's potato leek soup, Pepin'scheese souffle and Escoffier’s peach melba among other dishes!
