Description
Calabria, the tip of the Italian boot, is a region in southern Italy characterizedby the incredible diversity of its landscapes, proximity of mountains, andcrystal-clear sea. In Calabria, each province has its own specialty. Chef Albahas selected dishes that are a good starting point to begin discoveringCalabrian gastronomy. Our menu: Pork tenderloin fillets in lemon capers andwhite wine, pasta with tropea onions and pancetta, and classica insalata dipomodoro calabrese. Class is part hands-on, part demo.$15 materials fee.
