Join Chef Ravi in one of our most popular classes ever! Together we ventureinto the fine details of making classic Indian street food appetizers. Indulgeas we create fermented deep-fried bread with a flavor loaded chickpea curry,an all-time favorite of Chole Bhatura. Top it with peanut and garlic chutney,sweet and sour tamarind chutney and lemon-infused green chilies. Ourjourney continues with a spicy, mouthwatering chicken vindaloo pakora (forvegetarians it will be paneer vindaloo pakora) marinated in a spicy paste ofred chilies, vinegar, and coriander. Dessert is an open sweet samosa stuffedwith a warm semolina and a saffron pudding with almonds, raisins, strawberries dusted with cinnamon sugar. Class is demonstration. Students maypurchase a pre-measured organic spice kit that includes turmeric, coriander,chili powder, cumin, whole garam masala, garam masala powder and saffronfor additional materials fee. $32 material fees due at start of class.$35 materials fee / $50 materials fee with spice kit due at start of class.
