Join Certified Personal Trainer and Occupational Therapist, Roxanne Hartman as she offers ways to get motivated, stay motivated and really focus on a fitness routine that works for you. If you have never exercised before, used to workout when you were younger or just need new ways to get up and go this seminar is for you. You will walk away with a focused plan to start 2025 off on the right foot!
