Description
Beginner Chair Yoga 1 is a once-a-week class that will focus on specific form and functionality of seated yoga poses as well as chair assisted standing yoga poses. Chair yoga is a modified version of traditional yoga making the practice more accessible to people with mobility issues, post injury or other concerns or ailments. A great way to get into physical activity and focus on how your body moves.
Class conducted in the Fitness Center building of the 50+ Center.
