Description
Beginner Chair Yoga 2 is a twice-a-week class that will focus on specific form and functionality of seated yoga poses as well as chair assisted standing yoga poses. Chair yoga is a modified version of traditional yoga making the practice more accessible to people with mobility issues, post injury or other concerns or ailments.
Class conducted in the Fitness Center building of the 50+ Center.
