Description
Come join Yoga instructor, Susan Kain, for a relaxing way to end the year. Gentle movement and breathwork to ease the mind and fill the soul as you reflect on the past 12 months. The class will end with a Hot Tea and Biscotti Bar in the lobby. Floor and Chair options available. Limited spaces available. Please register to attend.
