Description
Bollywood Zumba is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness class that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from the film industry of India.This class is a 120-minute cardio workout alternating between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. It draws its inspiration from the music and dance that embodies the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aims to expand the love of fitness to more people worldwide.
