Description
This is a supportive space for open-ended creative exploration with an experienced art therapist. Each workshop is unique, like: Positive Vision Collage, Essence Journey Abstract, Soothing Sight: Drawing Contours of Nature, Release and Play: Loose Watercolor. A guided grounding practice, intro to theme, quiet creative immersion and mellow closing circle are included each time.
After participants register, they will be sent a simple materials list to purchase ahead of class.
