Description
This is a no-contact boxing program designed to help improve hand-eye coordination, sharpen reflexes and fine motor skills. It is especially beneficial for individuals with Parkinson’s and heart disease. Please consult with your physician. Try something new while going at your own pace. Class will be located off-site.
